Epilux 610 is a general purpose epoxy anti-corrosive primer suitable for use as a blast or holding primer in new construction structural steel and tank lining projects. The product offers excellent anti-corrosive performance, good wetting properties and outstanding adhesion to blasted steel. Recommended for use as a tie-coat over inorganic zinc silicate coatings.

MRF Epoxy based Zinc Phosphate primer is primer that can be used on virtually any surface including cement, mild steel, plastic, wood, aluminium to name a few. MRF Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Epoxy howerver is most useful on mild steel. This primer is the best primer for mild steel and mild steel fabricated structures as the Zinc Phosphate in it actively prevents the surface from rusting and the Epoxy binder forms a water tight barrier. The primer is easily applied using a brush, roller or spray, using an epoxy thinner as the solvent. Its ease of applicaiton and self levelling properties lend a superb finish even when applied by brush. This primer can be overcoated by most paints, inculding epoxy, PU, enamels, and even waterbased paints.

Mixing Ratio: Base : hardner - 4 : 1 - supplied in pre-measured packs.
Recommended Thinner : MRF 1110 Thinner - 10% by volume
Pot Life : 45 minutes
Top coats : Epoxy, PU(Polyurethane), NC(Nitrocellulose), Alkyd, Enamels

• Durability: As a two-pack (two-component) system that cures by chemical reaction, it forms a hard and tough film resistant to harsh industrial and marine atmospheres.
• Application: It can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray gun, and many products are suitable for both interior and exterior use.
• Drying/Curing: Drying times vary by product and temperature; generally, it is tack-free in a few hours, but a full cure can take several days. 

• Features a special epoxy-based formula for strong anti-corrosive properties, claimed to be 40 times stronger than ordinary metal primer.
• It comes ready to use without dilution and offers excellent adhesion to mild steel surfaces.
